7.20 – Windsor:
C’Est No Mour. 1.5 pts win. Available at 15/2.
Kasperenko. 0.75 pts e/w. Available at 22/1.
We supported C’Est No Mour on his second start of the season at Ascot last month and, although beaten five and half lengths into eighth of the fourteen runners, he met a bit of trouble in running and was noted running on well under considerate handling. He was progressive as a four year old in his first season last year and he may be ready to resume that progress for his current mark. He is at his best on good ground or faster and he has a C/D win to his name. He is the only representative of the yard at the races until Friday and is ridden by a jockey who partnered him to two victories last season. Kasperenko probably won’t have many supporters owing to showing next to nothing in two races over hurdles for his current yard. However he was progressive on both turf and the A/W for his previous Trainer and he may welcome a return to the level. His current mark demands further improvement but that’s possible on this second run back after wind surgery. He has joined a yard who won this race last season and he had placed form as a Juvenile on this track.
8.40 – Pontefract – Swissal. 1.5 pts e/w. Available at 9/1.
