Romford Review
Friday 13th was heaven for punters once they realised that there was a wide bias.
Railers were massively disadvantaged. Thirteen races – seven trap six and two trap five winners.
Bockos Alfie came from behind to win by coming round the outside of Chop Chop Steve to land us a small profit on the night. Chop Chop Lady didn’t run well but she couldn’t win anyway on the going.
Saturday normally means no open race action but not today we have the Scottish Derby Final and supporting opens from Shawfield on RPGTV and Towcester have several Derby trial stakes as the big one is just around the corner. Not forgetting the Golden Crest Semi Finals at Poole.
At Shawfield have The Other Reg running for our ante post portfolio and Wuheida is still in pole position for us in the fastest sectional.
We have enough staked ante post in the Scottish Derby and I see no point in going hung ho tonight.
Let’s go with last week’s selections at Poole again this evening.
While at a Towcester I can see Bruisers Bullet, Calico Ranger and Droopys Polly all winning their respective trial stakes.
Tonight’s Selections :-
Poole 7.45 Sevenofnine 1.5 points win @ 10/3 Hills
Poole 8.15 Southern Sound 1 point win @ 5/1 Betfred & B365
