Nottingham Review
Sporting Dave won as expected but his main danger was a non runner earlier in the day which meant Dave was re priced as a 1/2 shot, I sent another email advising a cash out if possible.
Pennys Luna fluffed her lines at the start in the Stayers Final and that was that coming third.
We are well and truly spoiled on RPGTV this evening with opens aplenty at Sheffield the Bresmed Sprint starts with six heats and down in Poole we gave six heats of the Golden Crest.
*I have tried to look for a bit of value rather than the short ones that anyone can pick.*
At Sheffield in the first heat I think Jean Lille’s dog Union Jack has gone under the radar, he’s been performing well at Central Park during the Silver Salver and appears a tad over priced to me. Then in the last heat at Sheffield Coolavanny Boy really caught my eye last week running a fine race in defeat in what was his first look at the track. Paul Young’s dog has pace to burn and if he gets it right at trap rise he will score.
Over at Poole I’m willing to throw one in at a big price, Steve Howard’s Swindon runner Overandout trialled very well and a repeat of that trial would make a mockery of the 7/1 on offer.
My best bet at decent prices tonight goes to June Harvey’s Clash who is well drawn and can take advantage of the jolly Forest Chunk not being drawn in red this evening, he may struggle to clear Crossfield Hugo who wouldn’t be the tightest railer.
Tonight’s Bets :-
Sheffield 6.56 – Union Jack 1 point win @ 5/1 Coral & Ladbrokes
Sheffield 8.13 – Coolavanny Boy 1.5 points win @ 9/2 Bet 365
Poole 7.37 – Overandout 1 point win @ 7/1 Betfred
Poole 8.22 – Clash 1.5 points win @ 4/1 Ladbrokes & Coral
