(2) The Inside Rail accepts no financial liability for any losses incurred by following the selections. Clients bet at their own risk.
(3) Subscriptions start the day the subscription is taken out.
(4) Subscriptions are personal to the subscriber and must not be shared with any 3rd party.
(5) If The Inside Rail becomes aware of any misuse of the service then the subscription will be cancelled immediately with no refund offered.
(6) Cancellations must be requested by emailing info@theinsiderail.co.uk.
(7) Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days prior to the payment due date.
(8) No refunds of subscriptions will be given unless a mistake has been made in not actioning a cancellation in time.
(9) The Inside Rail accepts responsibility for any interruptions or loss of data due to server failure, viruses or malicious software during transmissions of emails.
(10) We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Inside Rail will email any changes to subscribers before they take effect.
(11) By subscribing to this service you accept in full all the above terms and conditions.
